well I just updated my weight on-line at the WW site and I just lost a daily point...I guess thats good but now I only get 19 a day!! Need to REALLY streeeeetch my points!!!

hey--that happened to me too! I can't figure out why that is? I love to eat a bag of Orville Reddenbacher smart pop at about 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon (the BIG BAG = 2 pts) It really helps me stop the snacking craziness when the kids get home... Also--adding in activity points helps (but I usually try to ignore them so I am technically "under" the point value at the end of the day)
