not much you can do, after right shoulder replacement two weeks ago today.
4 more weeks to go before I can drive again. Worth it in the long run.
Going to start a walking program now that the weather has cooled a bit.

93.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Oh boy! My cousin just had her left shoulder replaced; again. She's going crazy and I bet you are, too. Be careful walking... if you're still in that big sling your balance could be off.

I am fortunate, no issues at all. Min was a Reverse Joint Replacement. Beeen. Two weeks only wear sing at night. I spent these first two weeks at home, no outside activities I am having no issues only thing I miss is driving which I must wait 4 more weeks. Therapy starts in to we is. Hope your sister is feeling better
