laehm's Journal, 30 Apr 10

I decided to set my default values throughout the week and noticed over 9 hours of resting. I'm not sure what else to add in since my activities change everyday. the only things consistent is my exercises. I cook, clean, play with kids, play with my cat, study, play games on the computer, watch TV, go shopping occasionally, etc. Just like anyone else. I go bike riding with my kids occasionally as well. I guess I just need to update the information as I go.

I did notice yesterday with my exercise it shows 26**kcal being burnt daily. Having the body bugg on for approximately 6 hours it showed only 1301 burnt. I think it only registers when I am moving a lot and not everything.

I decided to go ahead and order a few watches that monitors my heart rate and approx calories burnt. Hopefully that will give me a better basis of what I need to do.

With speaking with my Dr. She said to only eat when I am hungry and not force myself to eat the necessary meals everyday. I think I should eat each meal everyday so my body can basically discard and burn most instead of wanting to store it. I'm still confused on this whole counting stuff anyway. Maybe not changing my diet and just adding more exercises might help. but I don't want to plateau either. which I am guessing I have otherwise I am just gaining muscle weight in place of fat weight, lol.

My novel is over for now. Hopefully I can find a break-through soon on how I can lose weight. Since everyone is different in their own ways :)
