hey peeps,I'm new here and not entirely sure what I'm doing with this app.☺ . I've got ibs and can lose between 4 to 8lb with every bad bout so trying to gain weight. I'm 5ft 3 and 8 stone 5. gained a whole lb using this app just hope it's not cuz I'm due mother nature or in need of a good bowel movement.
