Fasting until 12 today then will break the fast with a veggie burger and veggies on the side...it’s 8am here in Cali and I’m about to work out while my kids are entertaining themselves and their little sister. On Monday I start to nanny for a family with two kids so I won’t be able to workout during the day I’ll only be able to do it at night so wish me luck.
