sliding off the wagon some here lately - not a full fall off, just sort of leaning over the edge lol - on the 16th I'll be 2 years out from my Gastric Sleeve surgery, had gotten down to 161 at my 1 year, currently at 176 (still within 20lbs of my goal), so until my checkup on the 16th, I'm doing a modified "pre-surgery" diet - 1/2 Premier protein shake, Dannon light & fit yogurt and 2 frozen strawberries in the blender twice a day, and chef-type salad for dinner - salad blend, an egg, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, dressing and some kind of meat, maybe ham, had dungeness crab the other night, or chicken. We're having bbq steak tonight (my concession to the 4th lol) that I'm marinating in a little soy sauce, sugar and wine. We'll see how that turns out - of course, I'll only have about 3 oz, so the marinade won't kill me.

Fingers crossed that I'll be back in the low 160's by the 16th :)
