Watch Magic Pill on Netflix and then research healthy fats. It does feel weird but once you start learning and using healthy fats you get more and more used to it. It goes against years of in your face teaching. I was very very skeptical. Butter in my coffee? Gross. Now I’m a huge fan. Prefer it this way.
