Day 74 of my 90-day program went pretty good. I did not walk because I had to shampoo the carpet. I really laid about most of the day and ate. I DID keep it keto, however, I did not track my calories. That's why I hate weekends, I have too much food "at hand" and don't measure stuff. Oh well, I think I may need to portion my food ahead of time. I did fast 24 hours, started Friday afternoon, ended it on Sat. afternoon. Ate only one meal Sat. So, not all bad.

Today I'm back to normal weekday program and doing well. Hope to have a good report tomorrow. Have a great day everyone.

Your weekend eating seemed to have gone well. Shampooing the carpet may have burned more calories than the walk would have.
