That cheese looks terrific. Do you put it on a cookie sheet and just bake it until it browns on the edges? I'm surprised it doesn't run, yet it looks like it's holding up really well.

SoCalPam, put tbsp size mounds of shredded cheese on parchment paper, they will slide right off
