I assume you're a nurse. I am a sedation/admission/recovery nurse. What exercise equivalent do you give yourself for being on your feet and working? Thanks for your input.

Yes, you guessed it, I'm an RN. I use the walking slow equivalent. I figure that covers the time I'm standing still and the time I'm moving quickly down the hall. I've recorded as much as 10 miles on my pedometer some nights. Long hallways, ect...
