Today is day 68 of my 90-day program. With about 3 weeks to go, I have to say my "want to" is plateaued. I need to break this lethargy about losing weight and kick it up a bit.
Yesterday, I walked 5 miles and did 40 full squats (butt to ankles). I also did some push/pull back/chest exercises. What can I do today? I'm thinking a little extra each day may help?
