I have started today to eat a normal diet with my family - reduce the amount of fast foods, pop, snacks, and sweet foods. I am looking to start increasing exercise to 3 times a week - at present I don't exercise at all.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

It's good to start making changes slowly. I found that I failed in the past because I tried to do too much all at once and got overwhelmed. When I restarted my journey this time, I began by just tracking my food which meant measuring my servings. It was annoying at first (and embarrassing to discover how much junk I was shoveling into my body), but I discovered that a single serving was actually enough. Each week I've made a small healthy change, and it hasn't been as difficult as I feared.

Thank you for all for the comments and support - I find it amazing how weight can become a task, and even more a problem the older you get.
