Last night was pasta and wine, not usually something that's on my diet. Today... exercise! My plan is to put in a raised bed garden in our small town home-sized patio. I've been gradually getting back into exercise and projects since last October when my knees blew, so we shall see how well I do today. I'm motivated!

Good for you! I would love to plant a few vegetables but my condo has a west facing small, enclosed patio. Too hot for much to survive. Good luck. Send pictures.

I am going to grow some veggies. We used to have a big pet bunny who had the run of the patio; he was a natural pruner. He passed on and now I can plant stuff. I'm making the raised bed an "L" shape so that it uses part of the existing bed on one side and comes out over the patio as well. I bought all the blocks today, but my knee is killing me from that &%$& pasta last night. Too much inflammation from too many carbs. However, I've got the area measured, I bought the blocks, and tomorrow is another day. I'll get the boards and get it all put together. NO PASTA TONIGHT!

The first thing I'll plant is some potatoes I forgot about which have begun to sprout :) Waste not want not, right?

That darn pasta! 😉 Your garden plans sound wonderful. I know it may be a while for your harvest to come up, but please post photos of your completed bed. Tomorrow is another day. 🌄
