Weight is back down 5 pounds from the day after my "do what I want" weekend. I will try and take it a little easier this weekend but we are out of town again for the next two weekends. So thankful I understand how to get my body back to where I want it to be, I hope to keep myself in check for the summer. Have a good day all!
