Thank goodness for antibiotics! I actually feel like myself today... 3 weeks later, thank you very much!!! Finally~ no congestion, cough, fever, blah blah blah.....
Back to the trainer today~ sorta nervous because it's been hit & miss instead of steady since I've been down with the plague~ but also looking forward to getting back into my routine; I can truly say that I missed it.
Haven't been too strict with my eating.... but like I said before~ I am not going to beat myself up about it~ it's a process and I cannot expect change overnight~ so no excuses and let's move on! Have a great weekend!
Hmmmm... I've gotta remember to ask Chris when I weigh in next so I can write down my progress (note to self)
