Switched from beer to vodka, and now I do drunk workouts which are fun af. I also gave up keto mostly. I was losing, but I didn't feel very good, so what's the point? My favorite part of my weeks are personal training days.

I'm fermenting a batch of no-knead bread as we speak, and I made a taco bar for a friend who underwent surgery. My third wedding anniversary is in 2 days, and my if those years haven't been tumultuous. Husbeast got out of the USAF, I moved jobs twice, we acquired a house and an additional dog, and I'm generally the happiest I've been.
Any rate, I'm off to training in a few minutes. I hope she kicks my ass today. I'm wearing my prettiest sports bra which I just love to get all rekt.
