Net 3500 calories increase in just the last 4 days, so not surprised by increase. I let myself eat to 'celebrate' Eid. Didn't help that I couldn't resist going to Jimmy's Buffet yesterday!!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
