Well, I resisted weighing today. I want to see what happens in 2 days vs. 1 day. I'm not worried. I stayed within my 500 calories, did my drops and didn't cheat. I can't wait to see what the scales say tomorrow morning :-)

Thanks for the support, Terra! I hope you are doing well. I had never heard of Simeon's Protocol before so I'll be really interested to see how you are doing and will be praying for your health and success. I am really impressed by your diet calendar. Has it been hard to stick to it or has it been pretty easy so far?

Pastor, it is easy at first because you kind of 'live' off of your stored fat. When I was counting caories and working out, I kicked around the same 3 lbs week after week. Gain 3, lose 3, gain 3, lose 3. I was so fed up. My brother and his wife went on the HCG Protocol and so I joined them. I have a 'temptation' challenge tomorrow. We'll see how I do. Take care!
