I am not accepting defeat…This battle has been in the works for almost 1 year, but it has taken me 20 years to get where I was. Sometimes, I get really frustrated with how slow this loss is taking, but I really should be amazed that I am still hanging in there. I have been able to lose weight this past year and I have maintained the loss, so I am learning and developing new skills and new habits. I have increased the amount of walking time from 1 hour to 1 ½ hours a day. This morning I thought about taking the day off from the track, but then I remember my goals. Even though the scales are not moving for me, the tape measure has assured me that progress is being made. Let help motivate each other to complete our Goals; we are so close….Have a Great Week!!!
