1 John 4 7-8's Journal, 16 Jun 18

Day 1...I went over my budgeted calories. I am going to try harder tomorrow. I know I can do this. I was doing so well until dinner. I must say though, I ate less than I usually do for a pizza dinner - so for that I am very proud of myself. Tomorrow...I will not go over my calorie limit.
