I was sad to mess up my chart with a 0.8 gain today, but it had been 5 days since I recorded my weight. I know I have done good the last two days, but yesterday I took a water pill too late in the day(for bloating) and I didn't drink enough water, so I am pretty sure I will see a much better number tomorrow. Also, I didn't get enough sleep, only about 5 hours, which also affects the scale. My calories have been very low for the last two days, so I think I will raise them up just a little to around 1250-1350.

edit: I just added up my cals for last week and the average for the last seven days, even with my two high days, was 1457, which is good enough for a decent calorie deficit. So basically, the scale owes me, so I should expect a good week if I behave myself this week and DRINK WATER AND SLEEP!!

You're doing a great job! We all go thru slow times and even plateaus. Yes, drink lots and lots of water. I do a good job of it during the work week and then the weekend gets here and I am out of my routine and busy so I don't always remember to drink enough. Hmmmm Sleep.... I need to work on that. I only get 5 hours every night, if that. I just haven't been sleeping well lately. Plus I used to stay up late but I never got up until about 7 and now I still stay up late but get up at 5. I know that can't be good for my weight loss. I'm sure you will see a loss this week. Are you exercising? You can lose weight without exercising but if you exercise it will speed it up and tone you too. Good Luck! :)

Thanks for the encouragement. Yeah I have been getting exercise about 5 or six days a week. I didn't today, but every other day this week I either rode my bike, actively swam in the pool, or did an exercise video. Hopefully this will be a better week, tho I really only had two days last week of high calories, I really need to keep my sweet tooth under control because it gets out of hand otherwise! :)
