Hi, I am just starting my dieting. I ordered the book and hope to get it next week. Can anyone give me tips on what I can do to get ready for the fat smash diet while I am waiting for the book.

Start eating as many fruits and veggies now. Phase one is mostly fruits and veggies. But it is only 9 days.

Stock up on veggies, fruits, salads, brown rice, oatmeal oh and eggs. You are aloud up to 3 egg whites a day so a carton of eggs can go pretty fast. Welcome and best of luck. If you have any questions or just need to vent/talk this is a great website for support. The people here are wonderful!!
