Well,my recorded food look better in some areas.At least there is a little more fiber,not enough however.Need to up protein too,but this is
a start.I am over my nc limit but I will have to make corrections as I
go along.Its important that I record everything that goes into my mouth
even if it put me over today. Of course if I would have planned a little better the amt over might not have been as high.
Learning curve for sure. I am re-reading the Atkins book I started with
(2002)not that there is anything wrong with the new one or older one;
I started with this addition and I'm comfortable with it.I have to pay more attention to what I'm reading wo overthinking.Its right there in
print.When I fool around its my fault not the program and usually thats
the way it goes for anybody doing any program.

Hi good buddies and FS friends,I'm trying to stay on site longer so I
interact with everyone.I get busy or my dh needs to use the computer and off I go.I think of you all but sometimes I don't get around to commenting on your questions or good job that you are doing. If my English is not right.can't help it,been out of school too long and the
brain gets foggy LOL

It sounds like your doing what needs to be done and that's planning. Its great to do your menu and add or take away what you need to for the day and then you can just sit back and follow your plan for success. You always brighten my day :)

I have to refer to the book (I use the newest one) nearly every day for something. You work so hard to do this plan well it makes me want to do a better job myself. You are a great example to follow.
