OK, so I think I am going to try counting calories instead of the Atkins diet. It's just not working for me. I have figured out that through fatsecret I have realized that I can cut back calories easily. I feel like I am giving up on another diet, but I really do want to try just cutting calories and exercising. The atkins is so much work...and I know it works but its not the only "right" diet right? well anyway we'll see what happens. I sure will miss my atkins buddies...:(
