I am often struck by the reference to our "journeys" here, and immediately my mind goes to the poem to Odyseuss entitled "Ithaka" which is doubly meaningful to me as I studied Latin and the classics, but also because I went to Cornell which is in Ithaca, New York. It is the journey that endures, not the destination is the gist. But today I also explored a website and found this article which is scientific in a way - tips from Nikola Tesla! I thught the points were relevant even today:
1 - increase muscle mass
2 - reduce friction
3 - Find true work
