....didn't eat as well as i would've liked to yesterday, but this is a process right? so~ i'm not gonna dwell! feelin' like i'm having a relapse today~ sore throat, cough, etc. so i'm got an rx from the doc and i start antibiotics today. this is day #16 of it, and i am tired of being a patient~ it does not suit me! i missed training monday, and will not be going today~ i will listen to my body and rest it from strenuous exercise. but i miss it, and hopefully will feel well enough sat to go. plan for the day: eat right. rest. love myself. have a good one!
