So I figured out what was causing my weight plateau: I was in fact eating good foods, but I had just fallen back into my old patterns of eating out of boredom, or stress, or just because I was home, or just because it was there. Sometimes it gets annoying when I think of how the rest of my life I will have to be aware of it. But at the same time, I realize it is NOT natural to eat just to eat, and Americans have socialized eating, which is causing a lot of weight problems, so I have to suck it up and do what I know is right.
