I am considering INFLEXIBLE dietary habit days of the week. Mon 24 hr. fast. Tue Fuel day (less than 5g carbs) Wed 24 hr. fast Thur Food day ( less than 20g carbs) Fri Fuel day Sat Food day Sun Food day It's odd but fits my current work schedule and lets me eat with family on the weekends. Now that I am in Ketosis it should be cake! Starts tomorrow. Thoughts?
