Every few months, Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra do a free 21 day guided meditation experience on the website chopracentermeditation.com. If you go to the website there might be a free example on it. I've been doing them for years. I'll let you know when they have a new one out. I also do meditations sometimes from a free app called Insight Timer. I've never been to a class though 🙂
