Late, late start to the day. A mouse in my attic woke me up by gnawing on the attic beams and I spent from 1 am to 1:30 am banging on the ceiling trying to get it to stop. Finally passed out but then had to get up at 8 am and was totally on the wrong side of the bed at that point!
I had a lot of salty stuff over the weekend, weight is up. Not a lot of focused exercise yesterday but I did clean parts of my house that needed it.
Keeping my goal at 125, but going to get a good muscle-building program going, not just random weight-lifting sessions. So, with the BF at 34%, I could be at 25% when I hit 145 which is the top of the recommended range for my height. Assumes that I don't lose any muscle mass though.
Schedule:
Sunday: Dance available, mainly plan meals for the week - 1200 calorie average per day.
Monday: Dancing 1.5 hours, 600 calories
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: lift weights
Thursday: Dancing
Friday: rest - maybe dancing if available
Saturday: walk, bike, dance? Lift weights.

I have a good routine for self-weight strength training, so even if I don't get to the gym I have a way to get in some muscle-building. One thing that I do have to admit and remember is that chronic pain will make me feel like sitting at home doing nothing but that is the worst possible thing to do about that. Nothing overwhelming but I have chronic controllable pains: a lower right back pain, right knee ligament strain, right foot arthritis, left foot bone spur, and neck problems which seem to make it impossible to turn my head fully to the right.
Not complaining, just trying to keep track of why losing weight is going to help me.

I am still running wild in the meadows, no tracks in sight, with a supply of Greek festival food for the week - it's not going to be pretty but it certainly is delicious!

I hope it's a mouse and not something larger. Exercise does keep much of the chronic pain decreased and keeps one moving instead of stiffening up and causing more pain.
