Ingredients
2 servings america's choice bacon thick sliced
3.767 servings world classics green chilies
3 large egg
2 servings great value pepper jack cheese
1 serving mozzarella
16 servings darigold 40% heavy whipping cream
2 oz onions
Directions
brown bacon Drain {4 slices} and onions{ 2 ounces) add green chili (4oz can) place in big muffin tin {sprayed} cover with pepper jack cheese.
whisk together 3 large eggs and one cup of 40% heavy cream pour over mix in the muffin tins. top with mozzarella.
Bake 350 till knife comes clean about 30 - 45 min. shown topped with 1TBS la victoria green taco salsa and 1Tbs sour cream (upped the carbs 1.5 and calories 35)
