Alright... 45 bday is over... I'm up..
Back at it again.
messed up today already..but not chucking the whole day...
This "bleep" has got to shift in reverse and now is the time.

Happy belated birthday. I'm confident that you have it in you to change it. I have always believed that losig weight is 20% diet and exercise and 80% mindset. Rooting for you.

I'm getting back on track today also, Steve. While my goals and loss were not as impressive as yours, we started about the same time, 2010, both of us got CLOSE to our goals but not quite there, and we both started going astray around the same time. I've just been visiting my sisters, who admire my weight loss. I would like to continue to be a role model for them, as you have been a role model for me Steve -- not only in weight loss, but in your whole positive attitude toward life. I like the comment of jsfantome -- we need to forgive ourselves. I know I've "started over" in life a zillion times on a lot of things, so I can start over on this. Best wishes!
