Ok..have gotten back on track this week! Tired of neglecting myself.

Exercise: Walked/jogged 3.25 miles on treadmill.
Water: Got it all in!
Diet: Ate breakfast! Big bonus for me!


Slow and steady wins the race!
101.4 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
