I just started taking a good look at the amounts in each column, prot. choles. fibre. fat. carbs. etc. I think I can see where I'm going in the wrong direction. Way too many carbs. Even though I'm staying close to my calorie count. The carbs are the highest number! I may be on to something..... hehehe
