LATE ENTRY, May 31, 2018

Woke at 213.4, as the body retains the water from last night's beers, chicken wings, and tacos. UPDATE: Ate the salad as shown in the photo, and then went out for a coworker's going away happy hour and ate two plates of the good stuff shown in the other photo! Drank vodka and soda to try to keep hydrated. I slammed in a LOT of calories today, which took me to an average of 100 calories above my daily goal for the month. No biggie. I was on track until this last week! Actually down to 213.2 when I got home but still carrying a lot of water from all the food eaten outside the home. On to June!
