Steven Anthony's Journal, 31 May 18

Day 45 of my 90-day program was awesome. I slept really good and woke up energized. I did a brisk 5-mile walk. When I got to work, I trimmed the flowers out front. The weather is just perfect up here in the White Mountains of Arizona, but we are at stage three fire restrictions due to the dryness in the forest.

I made a big lunch and planned to eat around noon because I had a client at 11:00. I lived on coffee until then which was fine because I was not hungry. When I ate lunch, I could not finish it, I was too full. I stayed full the rest of the day, so I skipped dinner.

I think the warmer weather makes it easier to keep on the program. No emotional upsets to sabotage me, Crumbcake is back to normal and not famished, YEY! I noticed many of our FS friends are making some good progress, so excited for them. Hoping for a good weigh-in tomorrow morning. I will try the OMAD LCHF today, just a repeat of yesterday. Are u just loosing weight for a special day? Cause when u leave that program u will gain the weight back ... all ur hard work will go down the drain

@Rosio19, yes you are right! I have actually been dieting for over 10 yrs. It took me that long to lose 40 lbs and keep it off. Once I found this website Fatsecret, I realized how much I needed to learn about calories and macros. This tool made me realize I don't need to take 10 more yrs. to reach a BMI of "normal". Thus the 90-day program. I set aside this time to 1) log everything 2) fast on the weekends 3) educate myself 4) eat 1700 calories M-F. So, in short I plan to build on what I discover about myself, why I eat, when I eat, how I face challenges, how I plan ahead, how I exercise, and eventually....how to maintain. I am learning so much from all of you! Thank you so much, and the support has come to mean a lot to me! :)

Steven, White Mountains! So beautiful up there. Sounds like you're on track and seeing success. Isn't it nice to finally learn what it takes to care for yourself. 😊
