When we are most stressed is when we need to avoid the bad food the most because we need the strength to overcome the hard times. It takes practice, but try to develop some strategies that help keep you on track during the hard times. I had a horrible week too last week, not as bad as yours, it sounds, but still really bad. I had to fight cravings pretty hard, in fact they caught me off guard because it has been so long since I have felt them. I recognized it was because I was stressed and I made it through.
