I have eaten way too many carbs and fat today. I have had small portions, but I don't like eating so many carbs and fat. One reason or the reason is I have not been to the grocery store. I can't go until Friday so I have to make-do with what I have got. This time when I go to the store I will be more prepared. I am sticking to chicken, fish, green veggies and fruit. When I started this diet over a week ago I was not prepared, I did it on the spur of the moment. I had a terrible weekend, my back hurt so bad, and I felt so puffy, I thought this is it, I have got to do something. So I have been dieting ever since. I am excited about going to the grocery store and getting healthy food. I even have my husband on track with me. He has no choice since I am the cook. lol I just wanted to give a little background on how I started my plan. I am also going to the doctor on Friday, and I am sure he will see a difference.
