Finally!!! My progress bar changed to yellow today, woohoo!!!! I'm finally half way to my goal. Not to mention, I was able to end the plateau too. I think by the time I hit my final goal I will be able to keep the weight off for good. No more yo-yo. My weekly sessions with my Dr. on Demand therapist has helped immensely with identifying triggers early on so in the future I can nip things in the bud instead of feeding my feelings. Unfortunately no one can help me learn patience with this weight loss journey.
