It's amazing how PMS nearly put paid to all my hardwork of the last 5 weeks. I was starting to get frustrated with the bloated look after having such a good start. Thankfully everything is ticking over nicely now. The fluid retention has gone down so I can see a lot of improvement. I came so close to ruining it all through my gut busting in the last 2 days. Hopefully i can make it up with all my hard work and then get a true reflection of what i have done in the last 35 days. Next week is the beginning of gut busting, fat busting, metabolism scorching workouts. Wish me the best. I'll come out of this smiling. I'm confident of this.
