Yesterday I had a lot of temptations, but I was determine not to give. I won't lie I did beg my husband to break his diet so I can break it as well. So I did a good job to keeping my diet!!!!
141.6 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 60.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
