I've had a pretty horrible weekend. Friday night we went to Applebee's for dinner before a movie, and I broke down and got the shrimp alfredo...granted, I hadn't had any starches or protein that day because I had exams all during the day...so I was TERRIFIED to weigh in on Saturday...but, I had lost 1.2! I was really excited. I've been drinking water like crazy, but tonight I had some garlic bread...blah. I plan to wake up early and hit the gym in the morning, though! So, I will hopefully work it off before I go weigh in! Haha.

Well you are not alone....I have blown it bigtime this weekend as well. Will be curious to see what my weighin will show on Tuesday. I really thoght I would get more support here at my vacation destination, but it is really tough when everyone else is eating all the "good" stuff. Well I did ok in the mornings & afternoons, but the evenings are another story. Tomorrow will be my day of being good and hopefully not too much damage was done either. I am not terrified, but I have been fairly good most all these past months. Anyhow stuff happens and you cannot beat yourself up for it. Keep up the good work :-)

Keep you chin up. Most of us have had bad weekends so don't feel alone. I do the lemon water when I have eaten out, it helps with water retention when I have had salty restaurant food. Have a good week.
