Steven Anthony's Journal, 22 May 18

Day 36 of my 90-day program went pretty well. No greatness to report. I feel like I went out of ketosis somewhere on the weekend, the result being very hungry all day yesterday. I think I have a fight to get back to fat burning.

My plan today is to egg fast if I can. I will eat 8 eggs in OMAD with coffee and water. I will walk 5 miles and maybe some extra weight lifts and squats. On the plus side, I feel great and woke up early with plenty of energy and commitment.

I am sooo glad to hear that you plan to keep up with your exercise :) And hey "weight loss buddy", even after only eating 200 calories yesterday, we are STILL the same weight :) :)

Dr Ted Naiman do love a big omelette with a bit of bacon on the side. Might help to make an egg fast less monotone and more sustainable over time.
