Had my core cardio and balance again today. Really burned my muscles could feel it. Getting stronger and feeling lighter. Can definitely see abs and a little bit of side obliques. Next week my workouts will get tougher and i find myself really looking forward to it. I am now halfway through my 63 day program and I am already looking past this program in terms of what goals I am going to set for myself once I've finished this and achieved my current goals. I am learning to set more realistic goals as regards my physical fitness. I am pleased that i can set the pace for what I would like to achieve and push my body as far as I possibly can without being foolish ofcourse. See tomorrow.
