167 days to go. I'm feeling great. I have a 45 minute walk planned for lunch and a yummy corned beef and cabbage stew for lunch. My abs are only mildly sore after last night's workout so I think I up the ante next time.

*edit* the walk was cancelled due to an impromptu lunch date with a good friend. which also means i have my soup left over for tomorrow. :) i added 5 minutes to workout this evening: 10 crunches, 15 bicycles, 10 second plank, 15 second side plank, 10 crunches, 20 bicycles, 15 second side plank, 10 crunches, 10 second plank, 20 leg lifts, 20 reverse fly, 25 bicep curls, 20 cross jabs, and 20 lying triceps extensions *end edit*
