I am getting back on the program more dilgently starting Monday. I have been exercising a ton and I am surprised that I only lost 3.5lbs in 2 weeks. I need to focus on being down. That is what really matters.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
