Anywhooo...I learned something interesting this morning-don't weigh yourself with wet hair-it makes a difference! I never really thought about it before, but weighed myself with wet hair this mornng and was up a bit. Then just for curiosity's sake, I weighed my self 5 minutes later after I dried my hair...almost a 2 pound difference!!
So in the end, I am down a pound today :) Yay

Great job on the loss Msamy! Have to say that when I start to get discouraged I always try finging reasons why its up (wet hair, heavier clothing - you name it).
