Yeahhhh!!! I was so nervous about superbowl weekend with all of the beer, chicken wings, cheese and crackers...you know that the list goes on and on! I am down 3 lbs this week!! I worked out this week and kept a positive attitude about my eating habits! I have to tell all you fellow ww members though, if I had not gone to my meeting last week I am not sure that I could have made it through last weekend! I was so nervous about all of the football food, but other memebers and our leader gave me great suggestions that made me feel invinsible! I got through it and snacked and drank, but I did it wisely!! This is a shout out to my fellow ww members at the Friday 12:15 pm meeting: Thank you!!
