Not too bad for the first day of adding more fat.Looks like I have to
still work on this where the protein is concern.Lenny,the formula that was posted by Bamalane awhile ago and you gave me was so helpful.I
really didn't know how to go about it so thank you so much.You are always so helpful.I know along the way I have read some good stuff but
didn't copy it down and certainly don't know where to look or who posted it. Too bad we couldn't have a area where these good tips could
be found at our finger tips.
I couldn't go for my walk this morning,weather where I am in Fl is rain.
Later if it clears I will try and do that.Don't like to miss any exercise if I can help it.
I can tell the difference just by breakfast how the fats are going to make me feel fuller.I just wasn't doing enough so now we shall see,I'm happy because when you know how to find things its figured out such
as that formula its amazing. This formula is about hidden carbs I should have said that above.
