Enjoyed today's work out, working out at a different pace as this is my recovery week. Still did a lot of muscle work and heavy core work. But really enjoyed it. Not so busy day at work, that was good. Looking forward to doing core cardio and balance tomorrow. Just what I love. Definitely saw some abs this morning. Is this for real?
